How far in advance should I book?

For weddings, we recommend 6-12 months ahead. Special events and corporate bookings can often be accommodated 4-8 weeks in advance, but popular dates (school holidays, end of financial year) book up quickly.

What's your booking process?

Initial consultation (phone or video call) → Custom quote → Contract and deposit → Final planning session → Your amazing event! We make it simple and stress-free.

How do payments work?

50% deposit secures your date, remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and for corporate clients, can invoice with 30-day terms.

What's your cancellation policy?

Life happens! Cancellations more than 90 days out receive full deposit refund minus $100 admin fee. 30-90 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date within 12 months.

What about bad weather for outdoor events?

We will work with you on backup indoor options. Rain doesn't stop the party!

Do you travel outside Brisbane?

Absolutely! We service all of South East Queensland. Travel fees may apply for venues more than 50km from Brisbane CBD.

Music & Equipment

Can we request specific songs?

Yes! We love song requests and encourage them. Share your must-play and do-not-play lists during our planning session. On the day, we're happy to take requests from guests too.

What if you don't have a song we want?

We have access to millions of songs through professional DJ platforms. If there's something specific you need, let us know in advance and we'll make sure we have it.

How loud is too loud?

We're experts at reading the room and venue acoustics. We always respect venue / council sound limits and adjust volume throughout the event to match the energy and moment.

What equipment do you bring?

Professional DJ setup, wireless microphones, dance floor lighting AND all cables. We bring backup equipment for everything critical. You don't need to worry about technical stuff – we've got it covered.

Can you work with our venue's sound system?

Yes! We can integrate with most venue systems or use our own setup – whatever works best for your space and budget.
